I recently bought a 74 dt100 thats in pretty rough shape, its missing a lot, i did order some parts for it but not sure if I should continue to restore it or sell it, any advice on what to do will help.

It's going to be expensive if you really want to restore it, considering how much is missing. If you just want to make a trail bike out of it, that's another story.

I say restore it. Those bikes are a heck of a lot of fun! And it'll look nice in your garage.

I think if it's your first and only keep it and use it for learning purposes . Work on it a little at a time. Keep your eye out for another and then maybe decide to keep or sell

Definitely my first yamaha enduro, I do want to work on this but just curious what you guys had to say because i was told you guys are basically if not are experts on these.

With all that's missing, just getting it running will be expensive.
Good bike to tinker and learn on a little bit... The basic engine is very similar to the 175 and 125. I'd keep my eyes open for another one though.
