I have one marked '316 E2'. It is missing the slide, spring, needle, and top. It has minor corrosion in the float bowl. Someone blocked a hole in the base with a screw. Looks serviceable to me, but missing some parts.  I could post pictures if you are interested.  Maybe Mark has a more complete one.
