lube pump output spec for 1972 LS2 was created by msavitt

Might any of the super-experienced members know?
I got a manual for LS2 and also for '75 RD125 thinking the spec would likely be same since crank is same and displacement almost same, so please know I've tried!

Yamaha was kind of lame about publishing those specs in the earlier years.  I will see if I can find something.

0.50 to 0.63cc per 200 strokes at minimum stroke

4.17 to 4.80cc per 200 strokes at maximum stroke

On a twin, you measure output of each outlet hose...  each hose should deliver the above volumes.

La2 walk around Thanks Mark!
I am pretty excited about this one. I made Xmas ornaments out of the pistons I hacked and instead got proper pair with enduronauts guidance.  Got crank with bent rod repaired and trued and jugs bored and honed to spec by some awesome 70 ish gents in Anaheim at Q&E.  Bike was complete but filthy.  Couple hundred hours of cleaning painting etc and it’s looking pretty nice.  Was able to recondition all cables and repaired wiring harness and all DC things work.   I am going make a start up video as soon as a few final bits arrive and I can finish assembly

Very nice! And such a clean shop. It never fails, anyone who has an epoxy floor in thier shop always has super clean bikes.
Maybe I will do my floor when I retire so I too can have nicer bikes.

You all are too kind!
epoxy is nice, once I get done with a project I blow it out with my gas blower and then mop with detergent and hot water.  This way I have one less thing to upset my wife who’s been so cool about my new hobby!

this weekend is likely the first start video if it’s not too hot and wife doesn’t have too much planned for me to do
