Did you pull ignition cover yet? You might find it was full of water and it's your flywheel that's locking up the engine.

If you ever pull the inner cover--sprocket cover off--be aware of a rubber flat-ish piece that sits into the cover. Not sure why they cut that little piece out then filled it, but without it the sprocket can fire crap through into the mag area.
