I picked up a very slightly damaged one cheap off fleabay (I'm in the UK) - it was still fitted to the mounting bracket, but the clocks were mangled .

First up, research exactly what the part looks like and then do a very broad search on ebay (eg DT clock, DT clocks, RT clock, DT switch etc etc). A lot of sellers don't have detailed knowledge of what they're selling and the part you want might have been retro fitted, in error, to a different model.

Be prepared to have to buy a new key - the number is on top of the barrel. If this part of the switch is missing (it was on mine), you will need an old school master locksmith to cut a key for you. Saying that, it's likely that the barrels can be swapped (I don't have the skill for that!).

Also be prepared to replace the silver/grey protective sheath over the wires - DEET here sells great new stuff.

I'm not sure, but I think that wires from the CT2/3 switch might be the same colour, but the end connections and wire length might be different - others will have to comment on this.

That looks like one for a CT2/3. However, if you change the connections on the 4 pin block it might still be fine. Speedo is the same, I think.

I'll post photos and dimensions of mine after tea (teatime here in the UK!). You'll also need to compare the wiring legends for the DT2/3 and CT2/3.

Here we go.

One 6 pin block connector and 4 singles - 2 male ( red, black) and 2 female (white, blue).

The approximate length of the wires, from the base of the switch to the ends of the connectors, is 17 inches.
