I ordered most of the available mounting parts from CMSNL. The rear rubber was NLA but I found a NOS item here in Oz with the same part number which looks to be the dimensions you mention. Oddly enough the two shoulder bolts for the rear fixing are too long with the incorrect bracket. I'll wait for the correct bracket to arrive before I condemn them in case the bracket material is thicker.
The single front grommet I have with the dowel - I'm not so certain. I have a box of grommets so should be able to work something out for now.

The restored lamp and bracket turned up today so I can begin work again.

The bracket is finished in a grey primer, what should the finish be for the DT3 rear lamp bracket - silver ?

Yes, same as the fenders and chain guard. I have a set done at the same time so they match.

Thank you for the details, I have given it a couple of coats of my closest silver and it looks ok. Sat on top of the painted rear guard it certainly doesn't stick out like the proverbial.

And now I find that I'm short of the top chain guard - impressed with another post on here I have knocked up a template with a view to making one up. My first attempt has got the basic spacing and rough pattern which now just needs a bit of visual adjustment of dimensions. Without a pattern to copy i realise I will never get it to be 100% accurate but it will serve its purpose.

I couldn't find that shade here, the only Hycoat appear to be special paints - HT etc.

I did find a light silver that doesn't look out of place. I used this on the upper chain guard I fabricated.
