I've scouted high and low for CT1 tank badges! I've seen a couple on eBay but they're just as bad as mine. 

So I thought i'd make some myself! Plan was to get them CNC cut into aluminium but people are wanting ridiculous money and not many people have the tooling to do the tight radii.

So I 3D printed my own to fill the gap!

I will be selling them CHEAP in time. I think they actually look pretty rugged.

I was lucky when I bought the ones for my CT1, some came up a few weeks after I started looking.
Mine are new copies so I'd imagine they will come up again.

Those look good! A little silver paint here and there might look good.

I just had 6 badges done by an engraving company near me for $5 each. I provided them with a 2D ACAD drawing. These are small badges for the Little JT mini Enduros.

 

The last set of NOS OEM I saw on Ebay went for north of $425. I have a set destined for my AT1 at some point. They are rare.

I am going to get some printed in some smoother nylon, these were printed with a cheap PLA filament.

I am also in talks with a badge company looking at getting some hard enamelled. Not sure how they'll work out but we need badge options!

Just to keep you all updated on my little hobby.

We have gone from design, prototype and now finished article!

Let me know what you think. They aren’t 100% due to copyright/ manufacturing process and nightmare font issues but they are a nice hard badge. Implementing proper M4 JIS screws they fit and look great. No stickers here.
