You don't need to remove the clutch cover to remove the pump on any model I can think of.
Seal part numbers have been posted on the forum, you can buy them from Yamaha or DEET.
HVC cycle and others might still sell "kits" but you can probably have DEET rebuild it for not much more than a "kit"... which which is just seals and gaskets usually available from Yamaha or DEET.
Sending pump to DEET is worth it unless you simply must do it yourself... easy to mess them up so read up and be careful of losing the plungers if you decide to do it yourself.
