I’d stay reed to reed. I already take enough chances in life.

RT325...  only those crappy 250's did the silly con rod change going from piston port to reed valve.

125's and 175's used same rod from 69-81.  Best engines ever.

Anyone used the $117 Wisco sets on ebay? Might buy one of them.

I remember reading about using IT and maybe DT piston and rings on some earlier AT/CT bikes. Anyone ever make a chart on fitment or have any advice. I could also go 175 on the top end and could use 175 stuff. Just weighing options. Also wondering if anyone has used one of these and if OEM circlips work as should. I could do visual on a CT OEM piston vs these.

I had never submitted that post. Any advice on the mc rings your trash my treasure has? I was thinking on the wisco set for 118.00 before I pay 60 for rings. I know wisco has a good reputation historically but don’t know country of origin or quality of these new sets? Advice solicited.

I bought a 2nd and 3rd set for 10 each with combined shipping. The standard sets are experiencing inflation at around 50.
