RT325 (Morley) just noticed you have pushed through the 8000 posts 'mark' today.  That is truely remarkable. Okay I know its not the most when you see guys like Mark T on 12K and counting.  Nethertheless your contribution to this forum is phenomenal and I always like your style of writing. You give great advice, have a vast amount of knowledge and experience from your years at the NZ dealership and clearly from racing/riding. Also although I think you let slip you were 78 years young in one of your threads, you always manage to write with such youthful enthusiasm.  On behalf of all the other forum members I'd like to say a big thank-you for all the hours of knowledge you have willingly shared with members over the years.  It really is appreciated and thank-you again. Blimey,--umm, thanks Andy & others. Where do you look to find that info "8000" i've never looked. Anyway you just aged me a few years--76 next month haha. All good fun on here mostly but i annoy myself for not being able to write a short story to get the point across. Cheers to all.

Yes to RT325, Morley reminds me of a retired military Chief Warrant Officer and that taught me a lot in the world of mechanics, we were both heavy equipment field technicians and many customers depended on their equipment to be up and running or they would be losing hundreds and thousands of dollars every hour their machine was down, my friend Dave would 99% of the time get the equipment back up and the customer back to making money, we always said give Dave a box of parts from 4 different manufacturers of equipment and he would build you a fifth brand of equipment and it would run all day, he was a true mechanic (McGuyver) that could fix anything from your kitchen blender to the space shuttle, every time I read RT325’s post’s and builds I think of my friend Dave. Hat’s off to you RT325!
