Hi team

​​​​​​Recently picked up this gt80 for spares on anther I'm doing up. 

I noticed the forks are longer, which I like, seems more in proportion with the extra rake. But these stanchions are 27mm where stock gt80 is 26?
I need new staunchens due to rust. The triples clamps are different also, they have the clamp style up top.. Yet the lowers look near identical. 

Any thoughts?
