RT2 kickstart alternative? was created by 1971DT250

The second version has a narrower profile and doesn't stick out as far. The picture shows it next to the third version which you also have on your bike.

They pop up on eBay. Make sure it clears your exhaust shield.

Also the first version is what came on the '68 250. It has the 4 o'clock pinch bolt and was much weaker.

I use a folding one on my 360. Can't remember what from, might be XS650.

Yep trying to find one i've taken but trouble is mine is a total rat bike so not original exhaust. Then my DT1 has one but not off a 650--i'll go look.
Ok, pics hot off the press. Dangerous stepping over stuff 'in my shed' lol

Think DT250 & 400 had a folding one. Shaft spline seems common to lots but i guess length of lever comes into it for kick leverage. XS250 360 400 maybe. I see some new out there showing for DT2MX [which is 250] but wanders off to DT50 so i don't know. Gotta be careful.
