New one on me Mauser. I've never seen any Yamaha magneto use a bolt like that. Yamaha outer rotor magnetos on the two strokes use the same puller from 1964 to 2022 as far as I can tell.... 27mm x 1.0 LH piece threads into the flywheel and then a center push bolt pops it off.
Inner rotor Yamaha magnetos use a sort of "hollow nut" to remove. Those ignitions were used on race machines with no lights/charging system.
Armature on a generator (125 e-start for example) or armature on an alternator (RD350 for example) can use a simple bolt but normally 10mm on a Yamaha.

I can confirm that the RT2 uses the M27x1.0 LH puller as MarkT mentioned earlier.
