My 72 DT2 was created by AirborneSilva

Hey guys, as some of you know I have been hot and heavy on getting my DT2 going this past weekend.  With your help and some effort I got it fully street worthy and registered this morning.  Below is a video of it idling, she's all original except for the turn signals which I found on ebay.

On another note, I took her out for a 20 mile ride, got out in the country where I could open her up a bit and at 60 MPH it felt like it had a bit more but was screaming, without a working tach I wasn't sure of RPM's I then backed off.  So, my question is what counter sprocket would be recommended so I can get more top end.  I don't want to lose too much low end torque though.  I seem to remember reading about putting a 16 tooth on front, is this correct?  Also, any suggestions on where to find one?

Had a quick look at the manual and I think 44 rear and 14 front is stock.
In your video the rear looks bigger than 44 to me but hard to tell, what size is it?
Sounds nice, does it have the baffle in, I couldn't see it?

Thanks Pete, yes it does have the baffle in.  I did at one time count the teeth and if my memory is correct it is 44 teeth.  Now I have to count it again LOL

I have 2 DT3s with 16 tooth on the front and 44 tooth on the rear. They cruise very nice on the road and pull hills without bogging.

The DT3 and DT2 I believe are the same except for the front wheel.
The hours spent riding my Enduros is not deducted from my life span.

Thank you for the response!  I'm looking at a sprocket on ebay, says it fit's my bike says the pitch is 520.  See link if you would please, I'm still learning and don't want to get the wrong one.
