Part required LT-2 Rubber chain guide was created by Joffa

Hi all,
I’m new here, Restoring a 1972 Lt2 inherited from a loved one.
I have the frame and swing arm ready for sandblasting and powder coating however couldn’t save the rubber chain guide on the swing arm, it was too perished and needs replacing however They are unavailable.  
Any help would be appreciated. 
Original part number I believe is 304-22151-00-00
Ill post pics as it goes back together.
