Clutch pushrod length

Clutch pushrod length was created by Dennis D

Pushrod that I took out of my 73 measures 7 3/16 long and the replacement which is suppose to
be a part number 183-16357-00-00 is an inch shorter. This part number is suppose to fit a 
multitude of bikes. Does anyone happen to have a motor apart that could measure the clutch
pushrod length for me. Thanks, Dennis

I have a '73 RT3 apart and a NOS pushrod. 7 3/16 is what I measure on both. Part number is correct for the DT/RT.
The hours spent riding my Enduros is not deducted from my life span.
