RT2 wheel bearings was created by Fudsy1

Anybody have the numbers for replacement wheel bearings that are sealed?

Often new ones come with seals.

Not always.

Just add “2RS” to end of basic bearing part number. Not Yamaha number. Example bearing is stamped “6202”, order “6202 2RS” from a reputable bearing supplier.

If you don’t have bearings out, the standard bearing number is coded into the Yamaha part number in almost all cases.  Certainly with wheel bearings. Not as certain with a special purpose bearing.

Thank you! Good info to have. Dealt with bearings for 25 years and the nomenclature still messes me up!
