VIN numbers was created by Gallotti

can anyone help me?
On the chassis I have this number "CT1 - 301173", on the engine instead "CT1 - 301391".
I have consulted the tech library but can't find any reference.
I have always been told that the bike is a 1973 CT3, is this correct?

Looking at the photos in your earlier posts yes, you have a CT3.

The majority of the VIN tables on this forum relate to US bikes so, as you are in Europe, your numbers won't appear there. If you can find a Yamaha service manual for the Euro CT3, then relevant VIN numbers might be shown in there. 

When your bike left the factory, the frame and engine numbers will almost certainly have been the same, therefore it looks like it might have had an engine change at some point.

The Tech Library here has more than just the US VIN numbers...  not much more and it's unknown how accurate it is but still could be helpful.  See the info below from the UK list:
