CT3 - TRANSMISSION PROBLEM was created by Gallotti

Hey guys,
can anyone tell me how to avoid this problem? I had already shut the engine down convinced it was working and then realized something was wrong with the gear shift engagement.
I apologize for my English.
Thanks a lot for the help.

You are missing the washer and clip on the other side of the shift shaft.  Clip fits in groove in shift shaft next to seal.

You're fine.  If you knew half the mistakes I've made you'd feel like a genius!

Also note that the transmission usually won't shift through all the gears unless you are spinning the shafts.
