how do the muffler springs attach? was created by gusto

how do these attach? do you screw them up under the bolts?  thought there would be an anchor on flange bracket thing but dont see any attachment points on it.  any pic.  i got muffler from ebay for a pretty penny.  plus a grill.

Hoops on the muffler and small holes on one of the cylinder fins.
