UK Air Filter was created by kitkatman

Hi, Everyone.  A question for UK owners, I have a 1971 Rt1 and am trying to find an air filter to suit. Bought a filter for a DT 250 and made a frame to suit, but wondering if it is suitable. What do you use ??? . Thanks Alan.

I've used a UNI NU-2203. Cut the inner layer off and wash out the oil. Stretch it over the cage and make sure it seals on the bottom and top of the airbox.
The RT1 will starve for air if the element is too restrictive. On one of my RT1B riders I installed an airbox from an RT3 with the carb boot. Had to make a custom top for the box to clear the seat. Yamaha still makes that filter element. Breathes much better than the original '71 box.
The hours spent riding my Enduros is not deducted from my life span.
