71 DT1E 250 rear fender top tail light mount question

Hi there, my new eBay rear fender has the top tail light bracket hole ripped out. Did all these fenders have the raised nub (see attached refs) or were there some with plain flat holes? I’ve seen a few, but many seem to be CT / AT type or miss labeled on eBay. Need to reconstruct, but would like it to be correct. Thank you!

Takes a 6mm bolt.
