Yes, white grommets on front fender.
Headlight buckets are same size, I believe late production 68's headlight bucket had changed over to the rubber grommets at mounting bolts. Reason for my assumption is I bought a HL bucket years ago from late production 68 dt1 being parted out and it had the rubber grommets where early production HL buckets all metal.  I have several bikes from VIN 08278 & below and they all have this style bucket.

Here’s several pics of my late ‘68 headlight bucket. Diameter is the same but the later bucked defiantly has rubber grommet mounts as displayed.
