AT1 was created by adguy2112

Looking for some advice from our resident AT1 experts. Last year I helped a friend who had a 71 AT1 that wasn't running mainly because some hack had taken it apart to attempt some sort of fix and never finished it. I got it going for her (she just paid for a few parts). She was looking to sell it but after I got it running she decided to keep it but promised to give me first dibs if she ever sold it. Now she's offering to sell it and wants $1,800. I've accepted but it's more than I usually pay for bikes and I want to make sure there is enough residual value to make a few bucks on it if and when I decide to sell it. Condition is running with all the attachments it's supposed to have plus a buddy seat, paint is fair and I cleaned it up substantially when I worked on it for her. Titled with updated registration.

There always seems to be some"one" out there that will buy without too much worrying about the price... Having a title, to me, is important..
IF buying the bike didn't cause you to miss stashed cash... I'd always have a grin riding it!
