does anyone know if an AT1 tank with fit a DT1? It would be a 68 at1 going on a 68 dt1.

While an AT1 tank could physically be installed, it is a smaller tank and would not fit properly, there would be a very obvious gap between the tank and the seat. The only correct sized tank for your DT1 would be from DT or RT models, and also the '68 has unique mounting points that will require only another '68 DT1 tank in order to be correctly mounted.

Check ebay. There are 2 tanks 1 is outrageous and the other mildly ( 250 ). Give Brenda with-- bikeboneyard.com -- a try. Sometimes she will surprise you. I'll keep an eye out for you.
