Are DT and RT autolube pumps the same? was created by type one

Hi Guys 

as it says above are there any differences to 68-70 DT to RT autolube oil pumps??

as a unqualified hack up I would refer you to Partzilla to see if part numbers are same!

The worm gears are different. DT1 uses a 214-13175-01 RT1 uses 275-13175-01.

Yes, and just to be clear the internal gear is different to match the different worm shaft.

I'm pretty sure you'll find Yambits do a kit .
They do one for an RD 400 which i've seen when trawling their site , and I'm pretty sure I
saw one for a DT1 , which is quite possibly the same kit as an RT1 .

If I remember correctly the DT1 is coded black oil pump.

If I remember correctly the RT1 is coded green oil pump.

This information was read on the report from Yamaha regarding oil pump flow rates.

I’m going to have to say;
no they are not the same.

Someone posted this before, might have been Mark T? Anyway has great info on page 2 to work out differences.
