"different part number need 137-14153-00-00"

That part is the washer - see link.

WASHER,MAIN JET for DT360 1974 USA - order at CMSNL

If you have a genuine, correct 1974 DT360A, then I believe that my first post showed the correct part.

360 models up to 1971 were RT1, 1972 was RT2 and 1973 was RT3 - only the 1974 model was called a DT360.

Partzilla is wrong, I believe. I have an original paper parts book and it shows what I posted.

Hard starting could be due to the tiny fixed brass jet in the float bowl being blocked.

I have attached a link to an image of a random float bowl to show what I'm referring to.

BODY, FLOAT CHAMBER for DT100 1975 USA - order at CMSNL

Along the edge of the float bowl nearest to you as you look at the photo is a hollow casting and this exits into the bowl via a tiny jet. If you spray a little carb cleaner, or other non harmful fluid, down into the casting, you should see it exit via the jet - if it doesn't, then the jet is blocked and that is your problem.

If it is blocked, I have had success clearing blocked ones with a length of 0.4mm copper wire - others here have used old guitar strings!

Are you missing the setter?
They all look the same to my 45 years doing these.

Just a big ole hole connecting NJ to bowl for the MJ in bowl transition.
