R.I.P. Darryl Bassani was created by Schu
Just learned of his passing the other day on the other Enduro forum. He was 80 years old and still had the trade mark mustache. I always liked his performance pipes. I recently tried to buy a 2 into 1 pipe for my SCR950, but they were no longer making them. I bought my first Bassani pipe when I was 15 and put it on my rotary valve Kawasaki F7 which was the fastest 175 for miles around. I now have his pipes on four of my enduros and I like them all.
Edit
there is a Bassani pipe on eBay right now for the DT360, but it is missing the silencer. You can obviously fit an aftermarket silencer with a little creativity. I did on one of mine.

RIP Darryl.
Schu, any chance you could post more info and pics on your aftermarket silencer modification?

Will do. My pics will be links to Imgur because my iPad doesn’t show the BB code option.
