Rear Fender, more work to do here: (but headlight brackets in final primer). going to need to weld the crack, little more metal work, filler, then primer.

A few updates, painted all but fender, which still needs some work. was painted outdoors, so going to need a light buff to clean up.

Rear fender update: welded crack, but found about 10 more dents that resemble hail damage. Front fender, going to try and smooth it much as possible, then use build up primer on it. At least its not cracked. Will probably replace this just to speed things up. wondering what would happen if I poured fiberglass resin over plastic. I could easily sand glass smooth.

So, back at it. Decided to have frame powder-coated. When it came back, found a flaw near a very visible point,...back to powder-coater. delays delays.

In the meanwhile, DEET restored the oil pump, speedo/tach gauges, and was a great resource for a lot of hard to find parts.

In my opinion, the parts were restored to a condition that looks better than new. He even added the original paint markings. Excellent work.

Great work Pabdt. I am also working on a dt 360 but have been stuck on the wiring. Would appreciate it if you could post some photos when you start on the wiring. Cheers

I'm starting with a new harness by DEET so hopefully won't be too bad. I will post in detail as I go. The only way I can learn is by reading and documenting it step by step myself.
