The holes I am referring to are in the cylinder valve. They measure 3/64" / 1.19mm
Attached some pictures.

Yep my YZ125 has those then the shaft has a hole that goes up a bit then a hole drilled through the side of the shaft to intersect that hole.

You will also need 2 O rings. One large one for the reservoir cap and one small one inside the inner tube. They are metric sized. If you go to the Tech section and read " how to rebuild Thermal Flow shocks", I list the part #s and contact info for my source. I do not know how to translate the part # into a size. If you did not use heat to get the cap off, the large O ring will probably be OK to reuse. The article includes 2 pictures that show the small o ring and it's position on the shaft.

QUOTE " Oem stock bushings- 1M1-22216-00-00 come up on Flea bay sometimes. OEM part # 275-22123-00 will work but needs to be narrowed to .782" to fit. Don't forget Part # 90106-10025-00, These are the slightly longer OEM shock bolts you will need for the top if you are installing a luggage rack.
I BUY THERMAL FLOW SHOCKS"

MACE6772 ,

Do you happen to have the dimensions of the stock bushings of these shocks ?

Found out the hard way today that the MX Thermal Flow seals are not 23mm they are (I hope) 28mm OD.  I hope that helps someone else.
