I've had my account for a few months now and already found lots of great info and tips just looking around the forum. I found it fit to introduce myself after asking my first question, i got bit with the yamaha bug in highschool i bought a ct3 and rode it everywhere around town. I should have never sold it. lately the bug has come back in force since i have acquired a dt400c that needs just a little more work to make it to the road, as well as a dt360a project, a stripped down rt2 woods bike, a decent jt2 that was just too good of a deal to pass up, and my most recent addition a 1971 jt1 actually given to me by my dad, he saw it on Facebook market place while i was on vacation and bought it for me because he said it was to cheap to pass up. I think its because he had one just like it as a kid. I will add some photos of my bikes when i can, any questions about me or my projects feel free to ask

The best my dad managed was to (reluctantly!) lend me the money for my first two bikes - FS1E moped and then a 1974 RD125.

Welcome from NZ. I've been down the JT1 trail & had 3 over the years. Still have one somewhere--kids won't give it back lol.

Still, at least we kept Gr8auntiepat's RD200DX, which she's had since 1981.
