Dt250 engine in yamaha blaster 200 was created by Banshee350

Hello guys,
i want to share my project.
i got an yamaha blaster without an engine for 200€
unfortunatly the pre owner put an suzuki rm250 engine in it and trashed the frame to fit it. A friendo of mine put welded it togehter with new frame pipes and we fitted the dt250 engine in it.
now in had to do a new pipe for it. My plan is to cut an header pipe from the suzuki rm250 engine and reweld it.
What do you think of it?
If it fits, i plan to port the cylinder. Boysen ports including.

Perhabs some of you can give me some ideas. Or are there other pipes that possibly fit ?

I search some pics of the actual build, could upload them and share a link?

Best regards from germany

It sounds like a great idea, you will need to manufacture a pipe.

We would love a link to pictures!
