197 DT400 Cable Clamp was created by kwzl1

Just pulled my 1975 DT400 out of storage of 36 years to get it running again. A cable clamp fell off, and I don't know exactly where it goes. It's PN 438-26393-00 in the parts diagram. Anyone know where this attaches, and the orientation? What wires/cables does it hold?

Not the best photo but it’s the only one I could find. I circled the clamp. It slips around the base of the steel cup that the gas tank pucks fit into. The hoop portion holds the plastic housing where the throttle cable splits into two cables. Hope this makes sense….
