1976 DT175 Seat Lock was created by bbriselli

First time posting so bear with me please. Having no luck on eBay or other sites like Partzilla in finding a seat lock assembly for my '76 DT176. Unfortunately the latch type seemingly more abundant for other models won't work easily on mine. Here are a few photos.

1976 175 had some "one year only" parts.  The 1976 DT125 and 1976 DT100 show the same seat lock which might help your search.

Only thing I found was an (expensive) used set of locks from a 1976 DT125 Ebay seat lock link

Or here looks like a recent ebay listing that did not sell...  you might try contacting the seller!

Thanks MarkT I'll look into those. I'm for some reason not able to post links or photos (tried the latter with Imgur), I couldn't find any other posts about doing it. Do you know if I'm just restricted as a new member?

Maybe the device that you're using is stopping the posting of photos? I use a pc and can copy and paste from Imgur ok.

I thought similarly and tried both PC and iPhone, no luck.

I will have to ask the site owner.  There didn't used to be any restrictions but we had a few spammers join and sneak posts in with links in the middle of the night so he might have restricted new users. 

Maybe try again after a few more posts?
