Good earth from motor to frame, yes that's something I wouldn't have thought about. Aftermarket auto condenser could be mounted anywhere to earth & then wired into the coil wire to the points. Faulty condensers send the points wild with arcing. Re the generator "just my opinion from my experience", if the generator is charging it'll way overcome a low voltage battery once above cut-in at about 1200rpm as climbs to 14 plus volts. So next question sort of related to ignition-- is it charging. Easy to hear when it cuts in or easy to watch the lights on the wall in the dark & see them get brighter then hold. View them with motor off. Then start & view the difference between slow slow idle then up a couple of thousand. Or put a volt meter across the battery & watch it rise between actual voltage then to 14+.

I should read back before writing what's mostly been covered already. See how you go doing a video. So many similar problem posts. Seems to be carburetor week & ignition week.

Hi again!
I’ll do the same thing here and address all responses in one:
As per the crank seals and ignition timing, the seals are new and were leak down tested @10psi (I removed the yoke and clutch assembly to get right at them with a water spray) and definitely are not leaking. We measured timing right on the piston travel with an indicator gauge, so I am confident it’s correct!
I tested continuity from the battery ground (-) to the motor and motor mount bolts and it registers as contacting. I also checked the voltage of the battery with the bike off, and it measures at 12v. Verified charging as well while running, and it was plugged into the wall when doing these tests to boot.
We also verified the advance armature functions and moves properly. I will hunt down a condenser as a spare and would someone be able to link me to a nice coil?
I uploaded videos on YouTube, and you can view them here:

HOWEVER, through trial and error I have found the issue. I used too thick of an air filter oil. Yep, that was it. Ran it without the filter and it runs excellent. Time to clean it in gas and re-oil with 30w as the manual recommended. PSA, only use 30w for your filter!
Thanks everyone.
