Rear Mudguard Front Section was created by CD
Has anybody plastic welded any cracks/holes in the front section of the rear mudguard, mine has a crack going through one of the front mounting holes which I would like to fix. If so what type of plastic filler rod was used ? Or any other method which was successful. Thanks in advance for any help.

There are some amazing videos out there on youtube, I have used several methods, usually a soldering iron - you can now purchase a specific iron for plastics, with either strips of thin wire or thin wire pads to strengthen the bond, recently I have been using tag ties of different colours to melt into the cracks etc, it's hard to understand exactly where your repair is and how strong it needs to be, hope that helps
