Thanks Morley.  I think I have worn carb parts. I created a second post because it was going beyond the scored slide. I think I have a worn out carb. 

Thanks Mark. I have no air box. I removed it along with the crushed K&N filter it had when I bought it. I now have the UniFilter sock type that shows up in the other posts video. It is the type with a dark grey inner filter and a red outer filter. I removed the red outer filter today during the video.
