Ok. I’m getting close. Whatever you call this little passageway at the bottom of the bowl was plugged. And after zooming in on this photo I think it may still be partially plugged even though I passed a guitar string thru it. I know I know you’re not supposed to use a wire to clear it out, but come on, this is a perfumed pig we are talking about here. I did confirm that all sizes are as per MarkTs list. And maybe I should order the larger jet he suggested.

Here are the results, and this time I clipped my phone to my jacket, albeit turned the wrong way and viewing nothing worth looking at! I am getting close. It still hesitates a little as I run thru the gears, but it is way better. Like I said, I think I can clean that passage out a little better.

Definitely much better! (That's the starter jet.)
Check the passages from the pilot up into the throat of carb.
Other than that, a richer pilot will probably get rid of the remaining hesitation.

Thanks Mark. I will order both the 27.5 and 30 pilot jet sizes and see which one is best.

Still waiting for my larger jet from partzilla. It appears to be stranded or lost in Allen Park Michigan. So close, but yet so far......

An easy check is to turn your mixture screw in a 1/2 turn or so and see. It will likely idle a little richer ..... I would also raise the slide needle one notch richer just to see again if that helps going through the gears. If you get a positive response from either or both of these tests then it's easier to focus on a proper fix.

Thanks for the suggestions. Partzilla has dispatched another order assuming that the first order got lost. They expedited this order with 2-day air so hopefully I see it on Thursday. If not, I will give your suggestions a shot. Thanks again!
