It is rough and needs beadblasting and boring.  You need him to measure it before committing.  If it is 1mm over, it is new liner time.

I think he is taking the piss with his price. You could message him with an offer for when it doesn't sell.
Something in this condition would sell for maybe £50 plus shipping in the UK.

Thanks GR8UNCLEAL. Funny thing initialy even 'your' live looking link didn't work, so then change from ship to NZ to ship to USA & BAM there it was--god its ugly, but might still be on std size or plenty left looking at the taper on the bore overhang which is a pretty good indication as gets less & less with each rebore.
