HI, I'm looking for the best fork setup regarding for this bike, most manuals say about 130cc of 10/30 motor oil, but this seems such a small amount. Does anybody have a good oil level distance that they've used with good results? and should springs go closed coil up or down? thanks Grant. 

Thanks for that, but the book gives no level measurement, so I was asking if anyone had come up with one after some trial and error.
