Hello 
I own this Vape ignition kit -
 

And I would like to use it on the 1976 IT 400 motor, I am currently building.
I emailed Vape and was told "they do not make a kit for an IT 400", but for some reason, I think I know better and think it will work just fine.

Does anyone have any experience swapping flywheels between these models?
It appears the flywheel has the same inside diameter.
