Well my 75 175 had run fantastic until the c clip broke and took out the source coil. I managed to repair the advance but need a spring since it was mangled in the mayhem. May try and go to the hardware store to try and get close to original. Source coil is not looking good and needs rewound or replaced. Does anyone have a spring, advance, flywheel and or spare coil for sale? Thank you in advance  

Could, if you wanted, just lock it on advance & tig the cam in a couple or 3 spots & no more problem. They may have quite a high geared kick ratio & not a very long kick lever so a good kick required. But think that system fell out of favor shortly after, although i did like it on the early 360.

Looks like the second lighting coil stuffed rather than source, so might be able to carry on--if i'm right.

Great, thank for the reply and clarification. Wasn’t sure but now that I think about it the cam on the flywheel got out of time when the advance came apart. May send it out for rewind or track one down. There is a vintage jap swap meet show in York Springs this weekend 8/20-8/22.
