shock oil filling issue ? was created by nismobrown
Hi, is there a special way to fill the rear shock oil on a DT400B ?
I have rebuilt the shocks and tried filling the reservoirs with 175ml of shock oil but it will not take more than approx 125ml
thanks.

Remove shocks from bike. Remove springs from shocks. Remove cap from reservoir. Add half of oil. Pump shock shaft to draw oil into shock tube. Add remainder of oil to reservoir. Reassemble / reinstall.
