Hi, I am trying to find seals to repair my DT400b rear shocks, problem is the rods measure 12.5mm but I can only find 12mm seals in the Uk, has anyone here used the 12mm with no issues , also my rods have slight pitting , do you think they will be ok to use as they are? thanks.

Go to tech section. Go to other tuning manuals. Select  "How to rebuild Thermal Flow Shocks". Cannot tell from photo if shafts are re-useable. That will be your call. Forum member Silo 7 was making new shafts, but he seems to have disappeared. I am in the process of having new reproduction chrome springs made, but i do not have any yet for sale.
