Took my exhaust off for repairs and one stud broke off in the head . Does anyone know what stud threads go into the head and what size the threads for the exhaust threads for installing exhaust?

Looks like it might be one of they funny ones - M6 in the cylinder and M8 for the flange (see photo).

Dimensions of screws and bolts are often (but not always!) included within a part number.

I think its just a common 6mm stud & nut. 6x1 pitch thread. No 3 & 5 in the link.

That part number is the stepped stud that Alan showed earlier.

Small end that goes into cylinder is 6mm x 1.0 pitch.

Large end that takes nut is 8mm x 1.25 pitch.

Those VW studs are for the oil drain plate underneath the engine that accesses the screen.  The little 6mm studs get overtightened and strip out of the case.  Then you drill/tap to 8mm and install the stepped studs.  I think they are too short for Yamaha exhaust studs but they did make a similar "repair" stud for the VW intake manifold that should work as it's longer.
