DT400B - Rear Indicator Brackets was created by Jammyyammy
The brackets for my rear indicators are bent.
The trouble is that the tabs on the frame that they attach to are also bent - do I've got no reference points.
I suspect my brackets should be straight in both planes.???
If that's the case, then I can straighten them and bend the tabs on the frame to suit.
Please could you take a look at the pictures and confirm if the pencils in each picture should be parallel to each other.
Any advice (apart from a big vice and a big hammer) to straightening them? They are thick metal, not a bit of tin. Shoud I heat them?
Thanks...

Thanks......

Hi, I have a pair I would be willing to part with, they are the chrome versions, but the chrome is in poor condition with some rust pitting. If interested send me a PM and I can snap some pictures for you. I usually just paint them silver or black after a good cleaning, they look fine on a rider quality bike.peteyam54 wrote: Hi, I'm restoring a DT250A and need some rear indicator brackets - I can't see any on the Vintage Spoke site that will fit? I gather originals are almost impossible to come by, so do you know of any options that will fit? Thanks
