I'm pretty sure the answer is no...  and even if it did, unfortunately the codes from the 70's really don't mean anything today.

I can vouch for RS paint.they have a UK base and a US base. the Sunshine red paint they have is a perfect match for the 1978 DT175E and for the Pinstripe on the 1971 RT1B.
