Update: Tank came out great! Two days on vinegar, drained, neutralized, rinsed with hot water and blew dry with heat gun. and then used the Ospho to catch the flash and convert. Rinsed with two stroke gas with added oil twice.  I've shined my light and inside tank looks fantastic. Very happy with the process. This tank will continue to live.
