Just found out from my Vin, my 400 is a C, what's the difference from the B.
Searched around with no real answer.

Decals are slightly different...  tank stripes are different and says only "Enduro" on the oil tank/heat shield instead of "400 Enduro". 

1976 had a voltage regulator added.

That's all I can think of off hand...  pretty much the same bike.

Only other thing I can think to add is the rear turn signal mounts are chrome in 75 and black in 76.
