DT400B flywheel was created by Jammyyammy

Hi all,
My Haynes manual doesn't seem to give the torque setting for the flywheel nut on my DT400B Can anyone advise please? Also, what tool is best for holding the flywheel? Strap? or scissors-like contraption with pins at the ends? One other thing, what is the best 'tool' to push the crankshaft oil seal home nice and square?
Thanks for all the advice so far - it is appreciated.
Hoping to get the bike on the road for the Summer.....

I use 60 foot pounds. Others might say 55. Others will also say it is important to get it really tight so it doesn't shear the key. I would use a new key or at least one that doesn't have any damage. Either tool will work for holding the flywheel. I have the best luck using the one with pins. Try a piece of PVC pipe of the correct diameter to slide over the crank and tap the seal home. Castle looking thingies towards the bearing.
